Hi,

Is it possible/supported to configure Multiple Commserve setup one for Standby in same datacenter and another for DR in another Datacenter?

If yes, please share the Books OnLine link for procedure.

Hi Abdul,

Yes, it is possible to configure multiple standby servers in the environment. The setup process remains the same for both standby machines. Ensure that the Instance002 of each standby server is correctly configured to point back to the Production CommServe. Once the installation is completed successfully and cleanly, most of the configuration is handled automatically.

If after configuring the same, you are unable to see the nodes in the CS live sync tab, just disable and re-enable Live sync. If the installs are fine, you should be able to see all the nodes.

For detailed guidance, please refer to the official documentation:
CommServe LiveSync in Windows Environment

Let me know if you need any further assistance.
