We are currently using Commvault v10, and we have data stored on tape that we need to restore directly to a Synology NAS Unit system, which is mapped to the media server. This is necessary because there isn't enough space on the media server itself. However, when I select the media agent for the restore destination, the network locations are not showing up. Additionally, since it's a NAS unit, we are unable to install the Commvault agent on it.

Have you tried setting the MediaAgent as the Restore Destination Client, and specifying a UNC path to your NAS as the Destination Path?
