Is there a way to know the installation date of COMMSERVE?

I do not have a system at hand at the moment but you could have a look in the Windows registry or check the creation date of the Commvault folder on the CommServe as I do not think that one is recreated during FR or MR installations.

But yes, this will not recognize any hardware refresh of the CS.
