It appears that our Isilon NDMP upgrade has caused an issue with Commvault. Data is still being backed up, however, I am unable to browse the Isilon’s file structure. The following error appears.

 

Accessing OneFS web administration interface over a configured SmartConnect service IP address is forbidden.

Is there a setting in Commvault I can change or do I need to open a ticket?

This is probably worth opening a ticket for. 


I concur.  I have never seen anything like this at all.

Can you share the case number with me once created so I can follow up accordingly?
