issue while configuring endpoint package -backup Infrastructure Unavailable Error

Hi Team,

We are currently trying to configure the Endpoint Package in the Edge Monitor Console. However, While Signing in, we are Receiving the following error message

Error Message :- backup Infrastructure Unavailable Error

Due to This issue , we are unable to proceed with the endpoint package configuration environment Details

Deployment Type:- On-premises

Current Commserve version: 11.28.56

Hi ​@Vishal Saini ,

Good day!

Check of the endpoint has connectivity to the commserv on required ports and also validate if the CS details are provided properly during installatin

Note : SP28 is EOL last year
