While trying to browse through the “Files and Folders” option from VSA subclient, we get the below error..

“Browse failed due to error while mounting virtual machine. Max disk size exceeded”

Virtual machine guest OS is Windows

hi @RakeshChand

What it the size of the VM you are trying to browse ?

What it the size of the VMDK you are trying to browse ?

Then, check your VSA proxy properties and disk size, to make sure its ‘jobresults’ location is set to a volume where you have lots of disk space; You can temporarily move your Jobresults folder to a location where you have huge capacity, perform your browse and restore, restore, then when done revert to your previous jobresults setting, if needed.
