I received a request to backup and restore Kubernetes applications using the Application iData Agent. In my case a MongoDB and only individual collections should be able to be restored, for example. The BOL allows backups of Kubernetes apps to be application-consistent only. Why isn't there a way to backup App Aware on Kubernetes? Is there perhaps a feature planned for future versions?

I spoke to Development, there is no plan to have Appaware right now, you can use Pre/Post Scripts.
