Laptop Edge Monitor Start asking credential while saving a file

Good Morning,

a colleague encountered a credentials request from the commvault edge monitor while she was saving a pdf file. Is it a normal behaviour ?

Did you enable SSO option for all AD users

yes @Dmitriy , it is enabled on the LDAP external authentication server.
