Hi

there is no active controller on library and we cannot make any one, getting following message as screen shot, how we assing any MA active controller

    Is this a Linux MediaAgent with an IBM tape library by any chance?

    Hi

    some of them are linux and windows media agents but not any IBM library all are Hp libraries

    what is mean of soft status must be ON
