is it supported to install a Linux CS and the MA on the same hardware?

If it meets the HW requirements for both (combined), I don’t see why not.

We have all-in-one configuration recommendation for windows OS.

 

Let me check this internally for Linux and update this thread

@flokaiser the documentation doesn't mention anything that this combination wouldn't be supported. In all honesty it would also be pretty strange if this would be an unsupported setup as this is the bare minimum config that is required in order for Commvault to properly backup and recover.
