Hi,

 

do you know if commault do an file Integrity Check during an restore. In this case linux filesystem agent is required.

Good morning.  If the file was corrupt when it was backed up, it would be restored that way.   We verify that the file is in the same state that it was backed up in order to ensure that the file is restored in the same condition.

How do you ensure, the files written from your Agent match exactly the files in the Backup?

There are CRC checks done on every block that is written.  If there is a failure in the check, the job would fail.
