Is it possible to have a report with the list of clients and MediaAgents with the platform release, the feature release and the maintenance release?

The fastest way to get that is to get it right from the CommCell Console.
- Click at the Client Computers
- on the far right corner, there is down arrow. Right click then Save
You can also explore the web reports.
Commcell Configuration report will give you all of that as well and you can pick and choose the fields you want and schedule that to be sent out on a schedule basis.
