Loss of Control Process CVJobRelicator.exe error in Auxilliary Copy

Hi Guys,,,I am facing issues in multiple auxilliary copies. I am getting below error in the Aux copies every now and then. 

 

Error Code: [19:599]
Description: Loss of control process CVJobReplicator.exe. Possible causes: 1. The control process has unexpectedly died. Check crash dump or core file. 2. The communication to the control process machine abc.com might have gone down due to network errors. 3. If the machine abc.com is a cluster, it may have failed over. 4. The machine abc.com may have rebooted. 5. Antivirus/Malware software may be blocking the process. 

We are using Storeonce to replicate the primary snaps to the remote copy.

Kindly help here.

Hi @pank1988 ,

What version are you using?

If too old, can you update and run a new Aux Copy.

Also, do you have any Process Dump?

If not can you configure the Media Agent to create one and log a case so we can check:

We are using 11.28.63 version.

Can you enable troubleshooting and log a case so we can check the dump?

we also had this problem today. im using 11.36
i did Resume and it disappeared, like it done or something.. any idea what does it mean?
