Heyho,

a customer is using lotus.
In 2017, the backup was set up for this and we have a full backup in the transaction log subclient.
Now it is not possible to trigger a full backup of the subclient and the command centre constantly reports that the subclient needs a full backup.

Is there a way to deactivate the message for the subclient in the Command Centre?

Hello @Base64 ,

Good day!

Commvault expects a recent full backup to maintain a valid transaction log chain. If a full backup hasn't been run in a long time, the system flags the sub client as needing one — even if the sub client is no longer actively used.
https://documentation.commvault.com/2023e/expert/health_report_subclients_not_having_full_backup_in_60_days_tile.html

To deactivate the message for the sub client in the Command Center, you can exclude the sub client from SLA reporting.
Go to the sub client's configuration settings, look for an option to exclude the sub client from SLA reporting

This will prevent the sub client from being flagged in health reports or dashboards for missing full/synthetic full backups

If you still have issue, it is better to raise a support ticket with the details, and we can help.
