We are having a problem within our environment related with One Drive backup.
For last few days we are getting this errors:
This “Generic download failure error” does not tell a lot to continue troubleshooting.
Maybe one of You actually faced this kind of problem and know any to fix it or troubleshoot?

will you please check if those files are failing in the next backup as well same file failing for same reason?
Please try to download the reported files from OneDrive source to check if we can download those files?
If it is not downloadable, what error do we see when trying to download those files from the source?
Please check the user's OneDrive account if those items have a cross mark in the OneDrive UI

These errors are not caused by Commvault, Mostly, This is an error due to Microsoft API and You would need to review with Microsoft Support for this error if repetitive
