I have 6284 file servers. When I try to export Protect-->File Servers list as csv/xlsx the row count always 5000. Is there a limitation ? How can I change to max ?

Yes, there is a default export limitation when exporting the server list (such as from Protect → File Servers) in Commvault. By default, only 5,000 entries are exported to CSV or XLSX, even if you have more servers (e.g., 6,284 in your case).
To increase this limit, you need to adjust the additional key 'cachedEntityGridExportLimit' | Category : CommServDB.AdminConsole | Type : INTEGER on the CommServe. Set this value to a number greater than your total server count (for example, 7,000 or 9,000). After updating this setting, re-export the list to verify that all servers are included in the export.

This additional key ‘cachedEntityGridExportLimit ‘ needs to be added at the Commcell Level (On the CommServe machine) and you need to re-login to command center and try to export the server list. This should work now. Thank You!!
