Hi Team,

I have scenario where, the user mailbox get deleted and created back. since the previous mailbox backup still exist, i have new backup for the same user. when the user view the backup emails in console, it shows double as below. is there any way to fix this or merge the deleted & active backup mailboxes into one?

Any update or fix for this? is there any workflow for merge the duplicate archived email folders? 


@raj did you ever get an answer on this? I have a similar scenario.


@NateDogg HI, i have opened case with Support and they advice is, the mailbox cannot merge as the Mailbox was removed and created back and using different UUID. Therefore for that particular user mailbox will have duplicate folders according to the start day & End day || New Start Day & current. Also cannot merge both folders together.
