Microsoft 365 Outage Alert - March 15th 2021

Hi Community,

With the current Microsoft outage affecting various O365 platforms (refer to: https://status.office365.com/), please be aware that you may be experiencing issues within your environment. 

As a result of this outage, some of our support systems are impacted and if you’ve raised a new support incident, you may be delayed in receiving a reply. 

We sincerly apologize in advance for this inconvenience and we will update you once we’ve confirmed our systems are back online and operational. 

For now, please feel free to raise any technical questions or concerns in the community.

Confirming majority of Commvault support services are back online however there are still many impacted as per: https://status.office365.com/

According to Microsoft, this is now remediated.  I’ll leave this sticky for a day or so to ensure everyone with issues yesterday is aware.

Just a question: does this mean that if Azure has issues, we will have “issues” with Commvault support?

Hey @Bart !  It depends…..in this case, Azure AD was having an issue which affected our support systems.  However, if other Azure issues arise, we may not be impacted.

In the years we’ve been using this current system, this is pretty much the first occurrence I can recall where this happened.
