+3We have a physical windows server 2012. we have to migrate from existing boot (C:\) disk to new disk. Please suggest which method is more feasible.
1) 1-touch restore
2) Install fresh windows 2012 in new disk, install Commvault agent and restore C:\ and systemstate from Commvault.
Can someone help on this please?

For more information on 1 touch vs system state, you can refer to the documentation which lists all the types of restores feasible:
If the current restore requirement is urgent and you are not aware about the process, please proceed to restore with 2nd option and later on test 1 touch functionalities with test machines.

Good day!
I would suggest going with the one-touch and make sure that other drives are preserved so that data will be in tact.
But, if you’re unsure of the one touch process then you can go with the option 2.

One-touch we are using for the first time. Could you please elaborate more about the process or please help share the steps?
Also I am having some questions related to One-touch
Do we need a DVD drive on the server to make it work? Do we have to be physically in front of the server?
One-touch can be use with Individual drives (only C:\) or we have to restore the complete system. I am asking this because total server size is around 800 GB.
