Please advise, how to move backup data from LTO-7 media (tape library LTO-7) to LTO-9 (tape library LTO-9).
The tape library is connected to Hyperscale environment.
We have four storage policies and all the policies are configured aux. copies.

You can always leverage Aux Copy to do this. This will entail setting up a new Policy Copy for the LTO9 Tape Library. If using Command Center that would be a new Backup Destination for the Plan.
IF Both the LTO7 and LTO9 are configured for the same MediaAgents then you can leverage Tape to Tape Copy.
****** This is a Direct Copy so LTO9 tape will be the same content as LTO7
You also have the option to consolidate data from the LTO7s to LTO9s using Media Refresh.
