MySQL doesn't restore changes in database

Our MySQL backup is taking hourly transaction log backups and fetting a daily full. We tested restoring logs only for a different destination after a full recovery. But some changes that we made in DB were not presenr there  (before the full backup.) This changes were only could be taken from those incremental backups.

Please help us to figure out this issue.

Could you elaborate the process to perform the point in time restore.

The key for such restores are the point in time used during the restore.
