Is the any reason for the NDMP Properties button to be greyed out on a netapp that was added to array managment? I am able to take a snap backup, when the back copy runs I get the following message
Error Code: >39:28]
Description: Please enter NDMP credentials for client::myNetapp].
Source: cvcs2, Process: NasBackup
However, the NDMP Properties button is greyed out so I cannot add the credentials there.

It shouldn’t be the case because it will allow you to enter the credentials.
I hope you tried with the master user if not, try with the master user and see if it helps.
If you’ve already tried with master user and the options are still greyed out then I would suggest logging a case with us to check on this further.
