hi i am having issue nutanix ahv vm backup , when i start the vm backup with 6 vm in the sublcient , the proxy going un responsive, i need to switch off the vm and on it again,
i tried to run single vm backup at a time , it worked ,when i tried multiple vm , proxy machine went down, i changed the reader to 1 and ran the backup success
what could the be the issue

Is the VSA proxy VM itself in the subclient contents at all?
Or is the VSA Proxy deployed from the same OS template/image as one of those VM’s?
Is the OS, NGT and Commvault Versions up to date here?
Do you see any events/messages at the OS level at the time of the issue? - I’d also suggest checking the vsbkp.log log file in /Commvault/ContentStore/Log Files/ Directory at the time of the issue.
If you need urgent support, please raise a new case and we’ll be happy to assist you. - We’ll need the latest logs from the VSA Proxy to check it further.

is the VSA Proxy deployed from the same OS template/image as one of those VM’s - no , its not clone , deployed manually ,
os is win 2025 and nutanix newly implemented , comm 11.36 , its new deplyment and license is on the way
