Hi,

I normally back up my oracle instances, a full weekly and incremental the other days. All backup jobs are successful, but I don't understand why I don't see any available backups in the recovery point calendar. Can you help me understand what the problem is?

Thks

Dario

Looks like the backups were there (assuming you were on the wrong dates):

From the case:

As we discussed, backup history is there and restore is also possible.

@DarioV , will likely need to see some of what you are seeing.

Can you share a screenshot of the backup history as well as the recovery point calendar?

Also, are you running offline or online backups?  Tlogs?

Want to be sure you are backing up the required data, etc.

thanks!

Hi Mike,

Below is the screenshot :

I don't know if it is correct that in the calendar recovery point I do not see the backups, or if it is only valid for the idagent file systems.

Thks

Dario

To confirm, you don’t see any points for ANY date?  If you click each date, do you see anything?

Might be worth a support case.
