Outlook add-in function not working

Hi,

outlook add-in installed, the archived message still shows (Quick Look) and i can’t find options for add-in like (Preview , Download).

i tried to remove and re-install but it seems the same issue, while there is another PC with the same setup and works fine..

 

Can someone please help?

I would like to inform your that the primary details to check here is the version of Outlook used, latest version of Outlook is no longer supported.

Effect of Deprecation
Commvault no longer supports the Outlook Add-in for versions more recent than Outlook 2016. If you upgrade your Outlook version from 2016 to a more recent version, the Commvault Outlook Add-in will no longer work. You can continue to use Outlook Add-In with Outlook 2016.

Thanks Vinod, I'm just wonder how it works with another pc with outlook 2019. is it depend on something?
