I have deployed and completed configuration of commserve server in about 3 weeks and when trying to access the command center; the error below shows upp.
I have restarted the tomcat services multiple times. Kindly help on this

Hi Mubaraq,
The Command Center needs to communicate with a Commvault Web Server to initialize and operate. That message means that the Web Server is not responding, and the Command Center is waiting for it to come up before initializing.
Confirm that the Web Server is up and running, and if it is installed on a different machine Command Center, also make sure connectivity between the two systems is not being blocked by a firewall.
