I have a question, I have separated the webconsole from the CS to a dedicated machine, What would happen if the communication between CS and webconsole is not allowed over port 27017?

If there are any ports blocked between the wbeserver and command center (webconsole) machines, you must configure a network configuration to tell commvault to tunnel high ports.

You dont have to use a port forwarding gateway as suggested, even a direct network config can work - but if you don't do this then command center may not work with the mongodb port blocked.
