Forum|alt.badge.img+3

We try backup PostgreSQL files but while we backup job started after a scan phase some temp files were being deleted by the PostgreSQL system. Then CV couldn't find scanned files, after that we took error.

We try to additional settings(link down below) for sPGDirIgnoreList but didn’t fix the issue

Can you  help me to this issue ??

Yes, it should help. To ignore failed files for any database from base folder, it should be base/** https://documentation.commvault.com/2022e/expert/21723_backup_troubleshooting.html#psql0015-fs-based-backup-operation-might-complete-with-errors-if-file-is-missing-during-backup-operation

Hi ,

What was the value provided for sPGDirIgnoreList reg key?

It should be 43196 to ignore files inside that folder.
