Hi,

It looks like putting server in backup mode failed. Can you please verify that the archiving related parameters in the postgresql.conf file is correct? You can test this by running the following commands and verify that they complete successfully:

select pg_start_backup(‘test’);

select pg_stop_backup();

If these queries complete fine, please check for any error in PostGresBackupParent.log under commvault log files folder for more details.
