Any chance to run pre script and post script for Azure VM Intellisnap? If yes, which script language supported by Commvault?

Yes, but keep in mind the script runs on the proxy / access node not the VM being protected. You can use any scripting language - Commvault will try execute it using the associated application (.bat, .vbs, .ps1 etc.)
