When creating a disk library on a media agent, I get the folllowing error message:
Installation Directory lookup failed for given MediaAgent.
Doesn’t matter if I select a local folder or a network location… We are running feature release 11.24…
Anyone any idea where to look?

I ended up reinstalling the Commvault software completely. After reinstallation I was able to add the disk library.

+22Appreciate you coming back and sharing the solution! You shouldn’t have to reinstall, though I’m glad you are back online.
If you don’t mind, open a support case so they can look for the RCA and aim for a permanent fix (if possible) so it doesn’t happen again
