Hello @Zastrogins Sergei

How are you performing the browse/restore? From the Command Center I assume?

First step is to confirm the index is up to date. In the command center under the Exchange app there is an index status that should show a recent date (within 24hours or so)

If that this is the issue and might want to open a case with support to review.

I can't index it.

Summary
Indexing node: Not available
No tasks to be indexed: 0
Last indexed task: Unavailable
Time of the last indexed task: Not available

I don't understand what needs to be done to make indexing work

Our support has ended and at the moment it is not possible to purchase an extension.

Okay so if there is not a large amount of data you could just create a new index server and change it on the configuration tab to this newly created index server.

https://documentation.commvault.com/2023e/essential/creating_index_server.html

Once you make the change run an incremental backup and allow the logs to replay, that will take some time depending on the amount of data. You can monitor in log files\indexstatus.log on the server.
