Problem with restoring O365 mailbox

I try to restore an O365 mailbox to a pst file.

I lots of the errors below in the log and it is not restoring.

We are running 11.28.115

Any idea what the problem can be? At this time i am running a verification job on the storage.

Thanks for the great question, I am assuming this is the doco you are following:

Can you confirm if you are able to restore out of place or in-place back into O365? This will validate that the data you are restoring is healthy and its just the .PST operation that is failing.

Morning! I am encountering what appears to be a similar issue.

Either restoring a message in place or a mailbox out to a PST fails for anything AFTER 2nd April

Looks like Microsoft have tweaked something So will check if an update is required. I am running v11 SP28.111 - https://support.commvault.com/Article/Details/83366

I had to upgrade to the most recent 11.32.xx version and after that the problem was solved

I have a change logged for next week to upgrade to MR119 - hopefully that will fix it.
