PRocess manager Media_agent services not start automatically when os starts

Hello, i have set the process manager flag to auto-start services when os start, but when restart the os the services not start!

someone can help me?

HI @Xb-Wolf ,

Do you need to manually start them then? Or is there like a delay?

Can you check the COmmvault Services in services.msc?

i need to open process manager and manually restart it, else it wont start

Only CM VSS are on manual start, others are set to automatic.

Did you check the properties of Commvault Communications Service (Instance001) for ex?

Is the issue on only 1 Machine?

Can you compare the configuration?

Which full version you are running on this MA?

this service are on automatic startup type, and run as local system account, the version on this MA are 11.28.48, i have only one media agent 
On Commserve not have this problem

@Xb-Wolf ,

I can see we fixed some issues for Services not starting. Can you update to MR56:

Commvault services fails to start when subsystem used is not in system library list.
Commvault services may not start with English language settings on non-English OS machine.
DR backups may not start with English language settings.
DR backup to external tape may fail.

hi..i have try to update to 11.28.56 but doesn’t work same problem…

now open a tk to support
