Im having a bit of an issue understanding how to backup proxmox VE,
When I go to add the hypervisor I get the following error
I click that link and it gives me a commvault download that I ran and the services started, yet after an hour the same message appears, any ideas what I should check?

Hi Nate,
If the Proxmox node is installed on ZFS, we recently discovered an issue and addressed it in the patch form 8642 for 11.36. Please install maintenance release 48 when available and the access node will show in the list. Otherwise open a case with support, refer to this post and ask them to escalate to get the out-of-band update for this issue.
Where did you install the package? A valid proxymox VSA access node should be a physical node in the VE cluster. If the package was installed elsewhere it won’t meet the requirements to populate in the dropdown field.

Hi Jace, I install the VSA on the proxmox node itself, I wasn’t sure why it was providing me a windows installer, so I just used the linux installer and installed the virtual server agent
That looks like it shouldn’t be a concern. Does the cluster node you installed the VSA agent on show as a client in your Commcell? It should be listed under servers.
