Protocol on server not yet implemented - when requesting user properties

hi,

 

when i try opening the properties screen of an user i get the following error message :

through JAVA applet :  Protocol on server not yet implemented

and when i try to acces the properties of the user through Command Center i get a blank screen with a red error box on it but without any more info

 

Did some one already bumped into this error too?

and does any one have a solution for this?

@smals there are a few logs we’d have to analyse to see why this error is appearing.. I’d suggest raising a support case to investigate and we can then share findings on this thread.

Feel free to let me know the ticket # and I’ll look into it.

HI @smals ,

 

We have already provided a solution under TR 231026-243.

 

The condition is caused by duplicated User Properties under the CSDB, when the logic is querying the user details it throws an exception.

 

Could you get back to us in the case to make sure the issue is resolved by the provided solution please?
