Qlogin error during 1-Touch Post-Install Operations Failed

Upon attempting a 1-Touch restore on a linux box (bare metal) we get the following:

Error
Post Install Operations Failed.
Error: qlogin failed.

Logs available at URL: http:///

Is there something simple we are missing here?
I was able to use the same account to login to commserve from the 1-Touch backup source client with the credentials used in the restore, so it must be something else we are doing wrong.

Any ideas?

Hi @Steve P

Im assuming this is failing in phase - II after the 1 touch recovery process attempts to install commvault.

From the 1 touch console use ATL + F2 and switch to the console

navigate to /var/log/commvault/Log_Files

review the install.log, qcommand.log & SimCallWrapper.log for the exact failure

Some of the common factors are if the client is unable to communicate back to the Commserve or if its unable to resolve the FQDN of the CS hostname

The logs will provide details of the failure.

This is the error message we have found in the logs.
We also tried to use the CLI on the recovery target machine to use qlogin and got the same error with the credentials verified to work with qlogin from the source client of the 1-Touch backup.
