Yesterday we added a new client to our commcell.  We had originally purchased 20 Virtual Operating Instances.  So with the addition of yesterdays client we are now at 100 %.  We have used all 20 of 20 licenses purchased.

My question is why do I see this message in the events:

System has reached within 100 percent limit of Virtual Operating Instances] usage. System may start to disable options soon.

So yes I understand we are at 100% and have no plans of adding another client unless of course we release a license on a current client.  But what does it mean

SYSTEM MAY START to DISABLE OPTIONS soon???

now sure I understand why it states this.

Please advise

That is a normal alert. It is just notifying you that you are at the maximum amount purchased and going over that could lead to a disruption in backup activity.

Thanks @robert_michaels .   Just kind of a weird message when it states about “SYSTEM MAY START to DISABLE OPTIONS soon”

Hello,

What does it mean this message “System has reached within 100 percent limit of oVirtual Operating Instances] usage. System may start to disable options soon.”

Is there any issue with the backups ? is there a grace period ?

Regards,

Hassan
