Recover Objects (other then messages) from Exchange Databases possible (either from block-level or offline database)

Customer wants to recover a calender item from an Exchange Database.

But the recovered object has now the message icon and got the message class ID.

The documentation only mentions “messages” but doesn’t list “not supported” message class items.

So, it would be great to get some feedback and maybe even the documentation updated to make it easier for other user to find.

Calendar items can be recovered with offline browse/live browse for Exchange database agent.

You are correct Documentation is vague and just says “messages” I encourage you to use the feedback option in the upper right corner of Docs.

Hi,

Im still waiting for a feedback from the documentation team.

The Article also hasn’t been updated and is still only talking about messages.
