Report incremental license usage

My customer would like to have a historical analysis of the Virtual machine license usage, preferably for the last 12 months.
Is there also a report available that shows the usage or growth trend for License Count Virtual Machines over time?
I think this can definitely be done using Report Builder, but unfortunately I don't have any knowledge of it.

You can view historical analysis and growth trends for Virtual Machine license usage using the Growth and Trends report in Commvault. This report provides monthly usage data, growth rates, and projections for Virtualization licenses, including VM Sockets and replicated VMs.

In Command Center or Web Console:

• Log in to Command Center (or Web Console) using your administrator credentials.

Navigate to Reports:

• Go to the navigation pane and select Reports.
• Open the Growth and Trends Report:
• Locate and open the Growth and Trends report.
• Direct link to Growth and Trends report

Select the Virtualization Licenses Tab:

• This tab displays charts and tables for VM Sockets and replicated VMs.

View Historical Data:

• The report shows the number of VM Sockets or VMs consuming licenses for each month in the past year.

Click the details button in the charts to see tables with:

• Monthly usage for the last 12 months
• Growth rates
• Projected usage for the next 6, 12, and 18 months

You Will See:

• VM Sockets by CommCell Chart: Monthly license usage for VM Sockets.
• Growth Details Table: Historical usage, growth rate, and projections.
• Auto Recovery by CommCell Chart: For replicated VMs, if applicable.
