Report of all vm related to plan or storage policy

There is the Backup job summary report which lists the storage policy used by job that ran for the VM. The other is from Command Center, Protect - Virtualization, the virtual machine tab shows the plan the VM is associated with. If you click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner you can export this view.
