Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue ?
Error [By SMTPClient: Exceeded storage allocation. The server response was: 5.3.4 Error: message file too big] encountered while sending email for report [C:\Program Files\Commvault\ContentStore\Reports\JobsinStoragePolicyCopiesReport_8492_1994426_1832_1625659225.html] for job id [1994426].

I would be interested to know how big that report is and how often it’s needed.
There are several options for outputting report data other than email - Output Tab Options for Reports
Assuming the report isn’t needed that often, you could manually run the report and output to a file, then move manually.
Otherwise, the mail server attachment file size policy would need to be changed to allow larger files.
