Requesting license key

Hi,

 

We’re on the process of migration Commvault to a new hardware. Restoring the database to the new hardware is prompting for the license. I have emailed to license@commvault.com requesting for a new license however i have not receive a reply yet. Normally how long does it take to receive a new license?

Do i need to fill up any form or something?

The best way to action that is with a support case, which will go to server and they'll handle it

The time frames, usually should be same day or definitely by next day.

Just an update I have received the new license. I need to fill up a form from the portal.
