Reset of expired license - not showing

our license was expired yesterday 11 apr 2025 and we are not able to find the reset option. we followed below link to reset our license for backups to run for next 96 hours until the license is renewed.

please any one faced similar issue and how you got reset option. which can resume backups for 96 hours.

also is there any way to get temporary licenses soon.

I believe the “Reset” option is for licensing over capacity, not for licensing expired.

I’m not sure if a temp license is available, but you can check with your account team.
