How to produce a Restore report specifically source media is TAPE? Please note that the SP has the Disk primary and Tape secondary. Attempted to produce one but unfortunately 'source' media is always disk.

The Restore Job Summary report will only show tape as the source if the restore was actually performed from tape (by setting copy precedence to the tape copy).
There is no built-in report to retroactively show tape as the source if the restore was performed from disk.
When performing a restore, ensure you set the Copy Precedence to match your tape copy (usually precedence 2 or higher) in the Advanced Restore Options. Only restores performed with the tape copy selected will show "tape" as the source in the Restore Job Summary report.

Note the restore was done from a tape but did not indicate the COpy precedence, it just auto selected.
The last paragraph in your comment, only from hereon that I can produce a Restore Job Summary report. This needs to set the Copy precedence every time to match the tape copy of every restore? Pls see attached…
