Hi,
I’m trying to restore backup of databases from our production SAP HANA database server to another physical server in our DR site but i’m getting the error code: 19:599 Loss of control process ClSAPAgent.
I have checked the param file in the DR server,CV_restCopyPrec and srcCrossclient is present. Communication between the commvault server in the DR and the DR Hana database server is ok.
Any help to resolve the issue is much appreciated.
