Are the HANA parameters maxendpoints and maxchannels, listed here SAP HANA Best Practices (commvault.com) still needed for other revisions of HANA? SAP note 2600030 says they are only valid for these revisions 1.00.100 - 1.00.122.14 and 2.00.000 - 2.00.002.02.

Hi Bryan,

Yes, maxendpoints and maxchannels in indexserver.ini are not applicable for the recent HANA versions. We will review and update the documentation with the relevant note.

Is parameter ‘nNumPipelineBuffers’ Value=600 set only on MediaAgent or on both, client and MA?
