I made a backup configuration of SAP Hana. But when I start backup I get an error like below. This error persists for a while. But then it starts taking backups. After a while, the last update time of the job I started due to this error is getting longer and the backup does not continue.
I think it is related to the codes executed on SAP Hana and unfortunately my company does not have HANA Admin. Has anyone encountered this error?

At the first look, it appears to me as a permission issue. Did you install Commvault agent with right user and group names during the installation?

[backup]
catalog_backup_using_backint = true
