Client reediness check SS.
But we have below free space in the storage.

What is the watermark set at the library level? You can check the library properties.

This looks alright. And your free space seems to be more than 20% which is above watermark. Is your mountpath has setting that prevents from data from being written after certain size? If that’s also not set, you might need to raise a support ticket.
