I suspect the job log you attached is only 1 page? Are you able to click the “View all” checkbox then save that output to text for review?

Not sure why but it’s still missing JobManager logging however can see that restore is indeed stuck but there doesn’t appear to be any errors.
Would be best to log a Support incident for this to investigate further.

please also check the ‘backup.log’ log within the hana directory (so outside commvault).
e.g: Hana data directory trace subfolder.
This usually gives the required information & the real/exact progress, where commvault fails.
